About me

Nice to meet you! I am Shady. I do motion, design websites and applications.
About me

I am here to help your business thrive in the digital age by creating innovative and user-friendly web3 products. My goal is to exceed your expectations and deliver results that drive growth and success.

A lot things are happening in my little studio. Get an overview right here.

My Design Process

Key principles
01
Define
Define the problem
Usually my first step is to articulate the problem that the product will solve. This could be based on market research, customer feedback, or a gap in the existing product landscape.
02
Empathize
Identify user needs
To ensure that the product meets the needs of its intended users, I conduct user research to understand their needs, motivations, and pain points. I use techniques such as interviews, surveys, and user testing.
03
Ideate
Generate ideas
Using my understanding of the problem and the target users, I brainstorm a range of potential solutions. This mostly involves sketching and ideation sessions with a cross-functional team.
04
Assess
Evaluate and prioritize ideas
With so many potential ideas on the table, I use feasibility, impact, and alignment with business goals to evaluate and prioritize them.
05
Design & Prototype
Create a prototype
I build a low-fidelity prototype of the most promising idea to test and refine it further. I use Figma to bring my prototype to life. Based on the feedback from the testing phase, I iterate on the design and create a high-fidelity prototype.
06
Validate
Test the prototype
I test the high-fidelity prototype with representative users to gather final feedback and identify any remaining areas for improvement.
07
Implement
Develop the web3 product
Once the design is finalized, I work directly with developers to bring the product to life.
08
Evaluate
Launch and gather feedback
As soon as the product is launched, I gather data on how it's being used in the real world and gather feedback from users. This helps me to inform future design iterations and improvements.
I'm humbled to have contributed to the success of great projects.
